- prefer to be and work alone, while others thrive in groups?
- are born leaders, while others prefer to remain in the background?
- only go with what is ‘logical’, while others trust their ‘gut instinct’?
- are effortlessly neat and tidy, while others appear chaotic and disorganized?
- don’t always ‘get’ what you are talking about?
- seem to enjoy tasks and roles which you find extremely unappealing?
Learn to appreciate individual uniqueness in yourself and in others and find your true potential with Aus Identities – suitable for children, teenagers and adults.
Aus Identities is an education and personal awareness program tailored from a combination of temperament and personality theories into a uniquely Australian, and easy to apply tool for life.
Participants will quickly appreciate the natural style they like to apply in a variety of stressful and relaxed situations as well as learn how to identify the styles of others and how best to communicate with and understand other people.
The Vision
It’s all about individual differences and the unique ways we are driven to achieve. Without the background knowledge regarding what makes people tick, intolerance, misunderstanding and frustration are all the all too common components within human relationships.
Fortunately, these low level relationships can be replaced with acceptance, cooperation and understanding when individuals learn to appreciate and make the most of their unique talents and abilities. even better, the bath to understanding is fast and life changing!
The 4 Aus IDentities
Aus Identities uses 4 Australian animals as natural indicators of our identity style, the Eagle, Kangaroo, Wombat and Dolphin. The characteristics of these animals in their natural habitats, how they interact with others and how they approach their daily activities goes a long way to explaining and categorising many human personality and temperament traits.
History
There have been thousands of years of research into temperament and personality theory dating back as far as Plato.
Aus Identities was developed by Michael White … originally named ‘Dreamtime Personalities’, Michael decided to rename the program following extensive consultation with the indigenous community. They and he agreed the program could achieve more both throughout Australia and internationally under the new name and focusing on the true benefits of improved self awareness. It is envisaged that Aus IDentities may in the future become part of a cooperative program with indigenous education where improved self awareness and improved cultural awareness are provided within the one educational program.
Aus Identities also seeks to support improved environmental awareness by giving people a greater appreciation of our native animals, their characteristics, habitats and basic needs.
