Situational Leadership – What Type of Leader are You?
Objective: To develop highly effective leadership styles that are tailored to the four Aus Identities at work
Target Audience: Managers, Supervisors, Team leaders.
Delivery: One day interactive program that covers leadership styles according to type, stressors for types and effective strategies for managing and motivating different types.
Outcomes: A greater understanding of how each of the types are motivated and prefers to be managed. Leadership skills and strategies that can be adapted to type, leading to increased output and performance from a more motivated and effectively lead team.
Personalities in the workplace – Who’s Who at the Zoo
Objective: Understand the dynamics of the four Aus Identities at work and improve team communication
Target Audience: Supervisors, Managers and Human Resources Advisors. All employees will benefit from this program, it is particularly suitable for anyone in leadership roles or in sales.
Delivery: One day program introducing you to personality types using our own Aus IDentities.
Outcomes: A greater understanding of how each of the types interact and how you can best apply the natural talents of your people. Individual qualities, challenges and stressors are considered, as well as empowerment strategies for each of the types within the workplace.
Behaviour Management – Games We Play
This program has been put together by our Counsellor and Youth Worker Pav Cosmatos (see Educator Profiles under the ‘ABOUT’ tab).
Pav combines Transactional Analysis (T.A.), made famous by the Swiss Psychologist Eric Berne, and Temperament Theory (Aus IDentities) to create a dynamic approach to dealing with the issues faced by an increasing number of managers and business leaders trying to work effectively with poorly behaved staff. It is not all about theories though, as Pav has done away with most of the complexities and delivers a simple and easy to understand model that contains real life examples and strategies that will put you back in control of the workplace.
‘Games We Play’ is a one day program for managers, teachers, trainers and facilitators who are looking for a revolutionary new approach to dealing with inappropriate behaviour, both in the classroom and in the workplace. Each program comes complete with its own workbook.
Effective Goal Setting
Objective: To identify and gain clarity on individual goals as well as your team outcomes and objectives.

Delivery: One day interactive program designed around Aus Identities and incorporating the latest NLP Techniques.

Effective Communication Skills
Objective: Develop effective communication with the people closest to you and learn how to recognise different communication styles.

Delivery: A two day exploration of the various styles of communication, including a fun look at Personality types using our own Aus IDentities.

The Fire Within
Objective: Gets people fired up and focused on what they want out of work and taking the steps to make it happen!
