Objective: Understand the dynamics of the four Aus Identities at work and improve team communication

Delivery: One day program introducing you to personality types using our own Aus IDentities.

Behaviour Management – Games We Play
This program has been put together by our Counsellor and Youth Worker Pav Cosmatos (see Educator Profiles under the ‘ABOUT’ tab).
Pav combines Transactional Analysis (T.A.), made famous by the Swiss Psychologist Eric Berne, and Temperament Theory (Aus IDentities) to create a dynamic approach to dealing with the issues faced by an increasing number of managers and business leaders trying to work effectively with poorly behaved staff. It is not all about theories though, as Pav has done away with most of the complexities and delivers a simple and easy to understand model that contains real life examples and strategies that will put you back in control of the workplace.
‘Games We Play’ is a one day program for managers, teachers, trainers and facilitators who are looking for a revolutionary new approach to dealing with inappropriate behaviour, both in the classroom and in the workplace. Each program comes complete with its own workbook.
