School Principal:

Just needed to say thank you for the session last week. The staff were a buzz for the next two days and there was some serious light hearted teasing of the Dolphins when we were organising a few routine matters last Thursday. I think it is great to refresh thinking in relation to personality styles, and you certainly hit the target with the staff. The comments and feedback from the staff  were very positive with a big tick for your humour and presentation style.

School Teacher:

While academic learning is a necessity, it’s this personality profiling that’s essential in the role I want to play in Education. More importantly though, my relationship with my kids is now demystified.  Knowing that I am raising a Dolphin and Kangaroo will go a long way towards assisting them through their journey in life. Thank you so much!

School Principal:

“As one of the 40 most improved schools named following the results of the recent NAPLAN figures, I would have that say that we can attribute our excellent results in part to the introduction of a program called Aus Identities. Along with other initiatives like the School Wide Positive Behaviour Support System, Aus Identities has allowed our teachers to become more personally involved with the students, allowing them in particular to teach them more often according to their individual preferred learning styles. It has also helped the teachers work together with the minimum of fuss or conflict, as they are now much more appreciative of each other’s points of view. Aus Identities has been, and continues to be, a significant part of our core strategies for continued success at our School.”

School Principal:

Thanks Michael- It was indeed a privilege to have you visit and be an important part of the student program. There are holes and tunnels, Kangaroo footprints and  feathers everywhere since your departure- and I think I saw a pod of Dolphins near the beach this morning!
